MEMBER is designed primarily for organisations built around members rather than customers. It does not replace booking, payment or sales systems, and it is not designed to manage customer transactions. Its focus is the ongoing relationship between a member and their organisation.
MEMBER is designed to start simply. You can begin with the people and structure you already have, configure MEMBER around your organisation’s language, invite your team and start building relationships. More structure can be added as you grow.
No. MEMBER does not charge per organisation user. The people responsible for building and managing relationships can use the platform without adding licence costs for every person involved.
Your plan is based on the current membership group that matters to your organisation. That might be Current Members, Registered Players, Enrolled Families, Active Supporters or another classification your organisation already understands. Prospects, former members and other non-current people do not increase the subscription simply because their information is stored in MEMBER. Organisational hierarchy does not increase the subscription by itself. A manager or team leader is counted only if that person also meets the organisation’s current-member rule.
